Since Apple introduced the spotlight quick search feature, I use it for almost everything. one thing I’m missing is the ability to start the screensaver and lock your mac from the spotlight.
To start the screensaver from your spotlight, download and place the screensaver.app anywhere on your mac. it will get picked up by the spotlight indexing service and you can easily start the screensaver from spotlight just by typing the first few letters.
