Install the Launcher
Move the downloaded executable into your Call of Duty installation directory (the same folder where the game’s main executable is located).
Run the Launcher
Double-click the resolution launcher to open it. It will automatically detect your current screen resolution and fill it in by default. You can adjust the resolution to any value you prefer.
Start the Game
Click “Start Call of Duty” within the launcher. The tool will write the chosen resolution to the game’s config file and launch the game.
Important Notes

You only need to use the launcher once, unless you want to change the resolution again in the future.

Due to a known bug in the game’s UI, the resolution setting in the in-game video menu will appear empty. Do not change the resolution from within the game, or it will reset to default and you’ll need to run the launcher again.
